Monday Making

This quilt celebrates my LOVE of scraps.

It contains BLUE and quite a few plaids and stripes.
(as in old shirts!)
I DO love re-purposing.

I'm calling this quilt  "HIGH TIDE".
The pattern is based on the classic disappearing 4 patch.
Instead of all squares, I used some rectangles.
I was even able to print up a pattern
and get it in my shop!
That's something to be excited and nervous about.
:)

I backed this one with some chunks of blue and tan.

Don't you love interesting BACKS???

What are YOU making this week??

  9. You had me with the star quilt, but now you wow me with this one. Love the blues, but this would work so nicely in other colors or scrappy.
